Rob Nelson is the host of UPN's UNDER ONE ROOF, a new family-based reality series where a diverse cross-section of American families are sent to Fiji to put aside their domestic differences and compete with the other families in Fijian-culture-inspired challenges to win a luxurious beachfront home.

Previously, Nelson hosted "The Full Nelson," a late-night issue-driven talk show. He also created and hosted the irreverent "In Bed with Rob Nelson" an Internet talk show where celebrity guests joined him in discussing provocative social, cultural and political issues.

Featured in Details in 1993 as one of the 20 "twenty-somethings" making a difference in America, Rob was described as defining the cutting edge of generational politics when he co-founded "Lead…or Leave" -- a grassroots movement for young adults that challenged Congress to stop "selling out" the future of the next generation of Americans.

Nelson appeared on the cover of US News & World Report and was profiled in Time and Newsweek as well as The New York Times. He is also the author of two books, Last Call: 10 Common-Sense Solutions to America's Biggest Problems and Revolution X: A Survival Guide for Our Generation.

Nelson is both creator and host of the upcoming "The Rob Nelson Show," an hour-long daytime strip set to air in national syndication beginning in the fall of 2002.

Nelson, a Wisconsin native, currently lives in Los Angeles.
