Welcome to RealityTVLinks.com! A Directory to Reality TV on the web. Press Release for "Average Joe - Adam Returns" Party - 3/16/04 Law of "Averages" Foretells Killer "Adam" Debut Party Will a man who got disposed of on national TV by a looks-obsessed model become a Shallow Hal himself now that he gets to choose? Find out tonight, and every other week, while enjoying some better-than-Average company at the debut party for Average Joe 3: Adam Returns! The man himself, Adam Mesh (a/k/a "the runner-up" from the Original Average Joe) will be on hand with a slew of his Average AJ and AJII cohorts at Busby's at 3110 Santa Monica Blvd. in Santa Monica. The motley crew will kick off the premier and engage in a rousing debate on society's emphasis on good looks (while they all get "beer goggles"). Each week as the show progresses, the Average Joe and Average Joe 2 lads will gather to see Adam winnow the field of lovely lasses selected by his very own Average Joe friends. Tonight's crowd will include: Melana Scantlin ("Average Joe" woman), Jason Peoples ("Average Joe" runner-up), Dennis Luciani ("Average Joe" and "Average Joe: Adam Returns"), Jay Greenberg ("Average Joe" and "Average Joe: Adam Returns"), Brad Holcman ("Average Joe"), David Daskal ("Average Joe: Hawaii"), and Mike Spitaletto ("Average Joe: Hawaii"). Also in attendance or our reality show contestant fans including: Sarah Jones ("Survivor: Marquesas" and "Playboy"), Bill and Joe "Team Guido" ("Amazing Race 3"), Marcellas Reynolds ("Big Brother 3"), and Jamie Blyth ("The Bachelorette"). Marc Marcuse says, "This show will generate more conversation than any reality show yet because it will answer the question of whether a man who has been judged principally on his looks can now rise above those same snap judgments." Jay Greenberg added: "This country's indignation about Melana or Larissa selecting the "hot guy" would be a lot more interesting if it weren't covered in crap. This society wires us to gauge a person on looks, and we'll see it with Adam. He's a cool dude, but you can't stop human nature, you can only hope to contain it." Brad Holcman stated, "I don't care how it ends, I'm just glad Adam got this show. Otherwise, he'd spend the rest of his life living down the fact he got beat out by a pretty-boy weatherman."
