A new Game Show from the Producers of

know? Do you think you and your dad would make an unstoppable team?
NBC is now casting father/son and father/daughter teams to compete
for the opportunity to win $50,000! If you love
physical and mental challenges and want to prove that you and your
dad are #1 we want you and your dad to apply!
NOTE: SONS AND DAUGHTERS SHOULD BE ages 8-13

HOW
TO APPLY:
If you are unable to attend an open call, please submit a videotape.
Follow the instructions below to find out how.
TO BE CONSIDERED AS A CONTESTANT:
1. Make a 5-minute personal videotape of yourself. You may include
friends and family but show us your life and what makes you and your
son/daughter great.
2. Fill out an application
(include a recent photo of each person)
3. Send it to our contestant department.
1. MAKING YOUR VIDEOTAPE
LENGTH: MAXIMUM OF FIVE MINUTES.
FORMAT: VHS/DVD, or miniDV
CONTENT: We recommend that someone else record you and your
son/daughter, don't just walk around behind the camera. Start with
your name, hometown, and occupation (one by one of course), as well
as the name and grade level of your son/daughter. There is no
"right" or "wrong" thing to say on a tape, we
just want to get to know everybody. Take us on a tour of your lives;
show us what's important to everyone. What sets you apart from other
people? DON'T JUST TELL US, SHOW US!!! Briefly take
us through your job, but most importantly we want to see everyone in
ACTION and why you should be picked for the show.
We want to see EVERYONE'S HOBBIES (I.e. you ride
horses, let's see you in action, if you live on a ranch let's see
you out there!) Show us what makes you-YOU! We want to see the town
you live in. HAVE FUN and LET'S SEE YOUR PERSONALITIES!!!
The video must be original, truthful, unpublished, created solely by
the submitting applicant, must not have been submitted in any other
competition, and must not infringe upon any rights of any third
party, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, and
rights of privacy and publicity. In addition, your family must be
the owner or legal lessee of the home or property depicted in the
video, if any. The video must not include any music or singing.

your time and answer the questions honestly. We will only accept
completed and signed applications if they are accompanied by your
videotape.
Include a recent photo:
Please enclose a recent personal photo. Make sure your photo(s) are
clearly labeled with your names and phone numbers on the back. It is
best, though not mandatory to send 2 clear photos of each person -
one close up and one full body.
DEADLINE: Completed applications and videotapes must be received by
December 7, 2007 at 12:00 PM ET to be considered. Remember,
the earlier the better.
3. SENDING YOUR PACKAGE
The video will become the property of Better Productions, Inc. and
will not be returned to you, whether or not you are selected as a
Contestant.
Applications will be considered only if they are complete. Completed
applications consist of the following:
1) Completed and signed Application Form and Certification of
Veracity for Dad
2) Completed and signed Application Form and Certification of
Veracity for Child, with signed Parental Consent
3) One photo of you with your son/daughter
4) A recent resume for Dad
5) Your up to five-minute videotape clearly labeled with your names,
address, and phone number.
Please do not include anything except the five items listed above. NOTE: YOU ONLY NEED TO MAKE A VIDEO PROFILE IN CONNECTION
WITH YOUR APPLICATION IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO ONE OF THE OPEN
CASTING CALLS DURING NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER OF 2007 IN LOS ANGELES.
