Looking for Bosses & Employees To Be On New TLC Show! (NY Tri-State Area)

ARE YOU A BOSS THAT’S GETTING READY TO GIVE ANNUAL PAY REVIEWS OR EVALUATIONS AT WORK?

Are you a boss/owner/manager that would like help with performing your companies annual pay reviews or evaluations for your employees? A new TLC show is looking for bosses that are interested in working with our two expert career coaches to assist with evaluating and assessing your employees.

Both boss and employee would get the chance to critique each other and lay out their work issues with each other in a constructive manner.

We are looking for:

• A well-established boss for a small corporate company. Your employees should not work on a set pay scale, but rather be payed according to merit. Boss should be interested in having their company featured on TV and interested in addressing everyday work concerns in a reasonable and rational approach with their employee.

• Workers that love their job but are looking to find out where their strengths and weaknesses lie in the workplace with the help of our two career coaching hosts.

Bosses if you have a certain employee in mind or vice versa get in contact with us! Applicants should be based in the NY Tri-State area and have a spunky personality great for TV.
