Casting Call - Pimp My Ride 8/25/06

Pimp My Ride Casting Call! We are currently casting the upcoming season for Pimp My Ride. If you are interested in auditioning for the show you must meet the following criteria:

You must be between the ages of 18-27 years old, sorry no exceptions, and legally own the vehicle you want on the show.

You must have the insurance and registration of the car in your name, and you will be asked to bring proof with you to the audition.

You must live in the Southern California. If you do not live in our area you can e-mail us @ PMRCASTING@MTVSTAFF.COM and include your name, phone number, city where you live, pictures of your car, and a brief description of how your car ended up in the condition that its in, and when we decide to go nationwide with the show you will be contacted.

We will be holding open casting calls for all eligible contestants. Our first casting call with be held on Saturday August 26, 2006. Our second open casting call will be held on September 23, 2006. Auditions will be held at MTV Studios in Santa Monica. The address is 1655 26th Street, Santa Monica CA 90404.

In order to audition for the show you MUST bring us a photo copy of your registration (which needs to be in your name) and photo copy of your insurance (which also needs to be in your name, or you must be covered under the policy.) We cannot see any applicant who does not provide this paperwork. Please do not bring originals, bring us photo copies that we can keep.

The auditions will be held at 11:00AM and we will not accept any cars that arrive later than 12:00PM. Please only come down to the audition if you meet our criteria, anyone who does not will be turned away and will not be seen. Any questions regarding our open casting can be sent to PMRCASTING@MTVSTAFF.COM. Please do not leave questions regarding this audition on the hotline.

If you meet the above criteria but cannot attend the open casting call, please call our casting hotline @ 310-907-2688 and leave us your name and number clearly and we will call you back to discuss auditioning for the show.
