IDENTITY - CONTESTANTS NOW CASTING!
Do you have an uncanny ability to read people? Are you intuitive
and enthusiastic? If so, you might be able to win $500,000 on
"Identity". Follow the instructions below to find out how.
TO BE CONSIDERED AS A CONTESTANT: 1. Make a 5-minute personal
videotape of yourself. You may include friends and family but show
us your life and what makes you a great contestant. 2. Fill out an
application (include a recent photo of each person) 3. Send package
to our CONTESTANT department.
1. Making Your Videotape Making a videotape audition for the
program is very easy. Using a video camera, make us a 5-minute tape
that tells us a little about yourself and why you think you are
adept at judging people. Be creative, show us your personality -
tell us what makes you unique. Please start with your name and
hometown. Also, include what you would do with $500,000. Feel free
to put a few friends and family on tape to help us get to know you.
Make sure we can see and hear you clearly. -Label the tape with
your name address and phone number. -We can only accept VHS, DVD, or
miniDV tapes. Transferring your camcorder tape to VHS can be
accomplished easily. Use the Red, White, and Yellow cables that come
with your camera to connect it to your VCR. Push play on your
camera, and Record on your VCR. Please run a test and make sure your
transfer worked properly. -Be Kind, Rewind. Rewinding your tape to
the beginning greatly increases our fondness for you.
2. Fill out the Application Click here to download the
Application. Adobe Reader is required to view the application. Click
here to download a free copy if you do not have it installed. Please
take your time and answer the questions honestly. We will only
accept completed and signed applications if they are accompanied by
your videotape.
3. Include a recent photo: Please enclose a recent personal
photo. Make sure your photo(s) are clearly labeled with your names
and phone numbers on the back. Also, include photos of up to 3
friends and/or family members. It is best, though not mandatory to
send 2 clear photos of each person- one close up and one full body.
4. Sending Your Package Please label your package and send it to:

To review, here is your "To Do" List: 1. Make one 5

IDENTITY - STRANGERS NOW CASTING!
Do you have an unusual occupation or accomplishment? Is there
something about you others couldn't guess just by looking at you? Do
you want to be a part of season 2 of "Identity" as a
STRANGER?
If so, read on!
TO BE CONSIDERED AS A STRANGER: 1. Make a 3 minute videotape of
yourself, stating some identities that you personally have: i.e.
Fireman, Climbed Mt. Everest, Juggles Bowling Balls, etc. 2. Fill
out an application 3. Photocopy proof (if possible) of your
identity/ identities or include contact information for references.
4. Include pictures of you demonstrating your identity, if possible.
3. Send the package to our "STRANGER" department.

you list one to three "Identities" and tell us a little
about them, i.e. Taxi Driver, Father of 6, Heart Transplant Patient,
etc. Please tell us briefly about any stories or experiences you
have had that relate to your identities. Feel free to show pictures,
do a small demonstration, or include footage of you doing whatever
it is you do (Alligator wrestling, opera singing, etc).

Identity Verification. You can either photocopy documentation that
verifies you are in fact the identity you are auditioning for, and/
or you can include three references that can verify your identity
for you. Proof can be in the form of certification, employment
identification, copies of paystubs, news articles published about
you, etc.
4. Include a recent photo: Please enclose a recent personal
photo. Make sure your photo(s) are clearly labeled with your names
and phone numbers on the back. It is best, though not mandatory to
